Project Completion
At Scenicridge, we are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to unveil your finished project and hand over the keys. However, before occupancy, one final step remains: conducting a thorough final inspection and walk-through to acquaint you with your new home. This process encompasses both exterior and interior features, services, and operations, including maintenance schedules. Additionally, we ensure you are familiarized with your 2-5-10 New Home Warranty or 2-year Renovation Warranty, as well as any Manufacturer Warranties.
